GP Fleet was founded in Setúbal, Portugal, by someone who ran a TVDE fleet and needed a better way to manage it. What started as an internal tool became a platform used by fleet operators across the country.
Managing a small TVDE fleet used to mean spending every Monday morning buried in spreadsheets — reconciling trips, calculating driver payments, chasing invoices. With just 3 drivers, that was easily 6 hours a week. GP Fleet was built to fix exactly that. It started as an internal tool for a family fleet business in Setúbal. When it cut that weekly task down to under 30 minutes, it was clear other operators needed it too.
