How is pricing calculated?

Each plan has a fixed monthly platform fee plus a per-driver fee for every active driver in your fleet. The platform fee and per-driver rate vary by plan — you can compare them in the pricing table.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 30 days free, with no payment method required. During the trial you have full access to the features of your chosen plan. If you add a payment method before the trial ends, your subscription activates automatically. If not, the account enters read-only mode until you add one.

What payment methods are accepted?

Can I change my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle — no pro-rata charges or refunds apply within the current cycle.

What are 'custom integrations' in the plan?

Each plan includes a number of free processor implementations by the GP Fleet tech team. If you need a processor for a platform or data source not yet available, you can request it and it will be built and activated for you at no extra cost, up to your plan's included limit.

What happens when I reach my plan limits?

GP Fleet will notify you when you are approaching your usage limits. If a limit is reached — for drivers, AI calls, or integrations — the affected features may be temporarily suspended. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, with no penalty and no need to provide a reason. After cancelling, you retain full access until the end of the current paid period. Your account then enters read-only mode for at least 3 months, during which your data remains accessible. After that period, data may be permanently deleted with 30 days' advance notice.

Are there refunds?

No. GP Fleet is a B2B platform and paid subscriptions are non-refundable. The 30-day free trial is designed to give you enough time to evaluate the service before any financial commitment.
