TOC Online is a Portuguese accounting and invoicing platform certified by the Portuguese Tax and Customs Authority (AT), widely used by businesses and accountants in Portugal. It allows the issuance of invoices, receipts, and other fiscal documents in compliance with Portuguese tax legislation.
The GP Fleet integration with TOC Online enables invoices to be issued directly from the platform, without needing to access the TOC Online portal separately. After a ride or service is completed, the invoice can be generated automatically with the client, vehicle, and driver data. Generated documents are available for download in PDF format directly within GP Fleet.
The integration supports document series configuration, inclusion of driver and vehicle data on the invoice, and document finalisation status tracking.
Requirements
- Active TOC Online account with API access enabled
- TOC Online API credentials configured in GP Fleet
- Document series created and configured in the TOC Online portal
- TOC Online plan compatible with invoice issuance via API
